"It's so doable!"

"Nothing worked 'til this video!"

"For many years now, you have come into my home to lead me, first via tape, then via DVD, through your wonderful series of movements/exercises.  ...tell you first-hand how much I enjoyed and appreciated the time spent with you and your recorded class. I'm writing because I want you to know that all these years later I still look forward to regularly joining you for that quiet and curiously relaxing time of focused attention on breathing and movement, and to thank you."
"I originally found Gentle Fitness on a visit to Mayo Clinic, and couldn't resist buying it.  It looked like it would be a pleasure to use, and I felt confident that the moves involved would be "correct" and efficient. I was always active as a youngster, and as an adult participated in various classes (e.g. yoga and aerobic dancing), and worked out at home with everything from the old Canadian Air Force exercises to a stationary bike and treadmill.

When I started to use the tape, I found your instruction incorporated every move I'd ever learned from my limited experience with physical therapy, plus, I suspected, just about any others I might encounter down the road. I enjoyed your class so much from the very beginning, and felt it calming as well as an amazingly good workout.  I initially used it on alternate days with a treadmill workout followed by a light weight routine.

Later I had some issues with my legs, especially knees, and my gratitude for your class increased mightily.  I used it every day for quite awhile as my sole workout.  When sufficient healing had taken place, I replaced the previous treadmill/weight routine for a stationary, recumbent bike/weight routine every other day.

Gentle Fitness not only feels good, Catherine, but is wonderful for keeping a very mature body toned, flexible, and strong.  It also helps one stand tall, sit straight, and b-r-e-a-t-h-e deeply (which feels especially good to someone with asthma.)  I always look forward to your easy-flowing, quiet class, and just don't get tired of it.  I really wouldn't want to try to do without Gentle Fitness, and have a spare tape and disk on hand, just in case."

"Your directions are clear and so empowering. The enjoyment you and the others show, the non-fatiguing frequent changes, and the easy flow from one movement to the next - all make your video fun."

"I like the easy movements, the music and watching the other people - Love to all."

"Yoga and t'ai chi and were hard to follow. Gentle Fitness looked too easy but we found it uses everything! and it feels so wonderful. My husband and I love it!"

"Since a car accident, it's been hard for me to face exercise, knowing how limited I am and being afraid I'll injure myself.  I cried - from relief - the first time I watched GF. Now I feel relaxed and positive each time I turn it on. You and those people exercising with you - are so motivating and welcoming."

"You've inspired me to exercise! I have MS and use a cane. Because I work full time I didn't think I would have time or energy to exercise during the week. After I complete Gentle Fitness my leg muscles are less stiff and my gait is improved.

As a bonus, I get to work earlier because it's easier to shower and dress - I've got more energy, flexibility and better balance!"
